Before we saddle up
A few good
things to know.
What can we customize?
Choose from felt and straw hats, then personalize with branding, hat bands, and feathers. Brim shaping is available for felt hats only. We also customize leather goods, including belts, wallets, bags, keychains, and dopp kits, with personal branding. Ask about a custom logo brand for your event.
How much space and power do you need?
Plan for a 10′ × 10′ space for the hat bar and a standard 120V outlet. A hat bar with livestock generally needs 20′ × 10′. We’ll confirm the layout with your venue before the event.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our Ranch Hand, Range Boss, and Trail Boss options are designed around 25, 50, and 100 guests. For larger events, send us your guest count and timeline so we can plan the setup and staffing.
Can guests bring their own hats?
Yes! We encourage guests to bring their own hats for customization. The Mobile Cowboy is not liable for any damage to personal or third-party hats, leather goods, or other items during branding, shaping, or customization.
How do we reserve a date?
Send your date, location, and estimated guest count, or call or text (210) 630-8688. We’ll confirm availability and prepare your quote. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
